Growth Marketing Project Manager (Remote)Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Project Manager on a contract basis to join their Customer Acquisition team who drives new subscriber growth through performance marketing and paid media. The Growth Marketing Project Manager oversees creative workflow, manages global assets, supports campaign planning, and ensures smooth coordination across strategy, creative, and media teams. You’ll help streamline processes, elevate creative quality, and keep fast-moving campaigns on track.Location: Remote working eastern hoursThis job expects to pay about $30 - $32 per hour plus benefitsNo Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2CWhat You’ll Do:Partner with regional and global strategy teams to plan paid media campaigns and align on acquisition strategyAct as the bridge between creative, media buying, and strategy to ensure timely delivery of assetsIdentify risks for upcoming campaign launches and proactively troubleshoot or escalateCommunicate priorities and updates through daily syncs, weekly meetings, and cross-functional reportingBuild and maintain project plans for campaign timelines and creative deliverablesQA and deliver creative assets across acquisition channelsTroubleshoot workflow or process issues and recommend improvementsContinuously refine processes to improve efficiency and collaborationWhat Gets You the Job:3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, creative operations, or similar rolesMust have experience with Airtable or BOX.Must have experience managing global assets.Proven success managing projects across multiple teams in a complex environmentStrong understanding of digital marketing creative and performance best practicesSolutions-oriented with excellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with direct-to-consumer marketingInterest or experience in sports and/or entertainment marketing is a plusFlexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator with a positive, can-do attitudeAfter applying to this role, you may receive an invitation from our AI Recruiter, Avery to schedule a virtual meeting to learn more about your background as an initial screening for this role.This is an opportunity to shape strategic programs at the highest level and drive transformational success.
