Full Stack Software Engineer
Our client is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing custom development team focused on building and enhancing modern, API-driven applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a stable, collaborative environment while contributing to both new development and ongoing system enhancements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and comfortable working across the full stack in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Location: Hybrid – Onsite in Phoenix, AZ two days per week
Compensation: This role is expected to pay between $130K–$140K base (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications with a strong focus on React-based front-end development
- Build and integrate API-driven backend services supporting scalable and maintainable systems
- Contribute to custom software development projects, supporting both new functionality and existing applications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain integrations with relational databases to support application performance
- Participate in CI/CD processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
What Gets You the Job:
- 5–7 years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong, hands-on experience with React for front-end development
- Backend development experience using C#/.NET (Java experience also considered)
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures
- Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment and open to learning new technologies
