Our client, a global retail industry leader, is seeking a Delivery Lead, Global Data Projects to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernizing data platforms and migrating from legacy systems to a modern Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role leading delivery execution, coordinating global teams, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic data platform initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $75-90/hr

• What You’ll Do:Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned workstreams within a multi-year enterprise data platform migration initiative.
• Drive delivery execution across Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, data pipelines, integrations, and analytics workstreams while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across global regions, facilitating collaboration, issue resolution, and decision-making sessions to maintain delivery momentum.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, governance, and platform teams to ensure delivery plans align with technical feasibility, quality standards, compliance, and business objectives.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery metrics while providing clear communication and status updates to stakeholders and program leadership.

• What Gets You the Job: 8 years of experience leading delivery for enterprise data, analytics, or technology transformation initiatives within large, complex global organizations.
• Strong experience supporting modern data platforms and cloud technologies including Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Databricks, and enterprise analytics ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate global teams, and drive projects to successful completion within matrixed environments.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile delivery methodologies along with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational leadership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment.
