What You'll Do:

  Provide frontline technical support to end users through inbound phone calls, ticketing systems, and other communication channels.

  Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and user access issues.

  Manage incoming support calls while maintainingaccurate ticket documentation, prioritizing incidents, and ensuring timely resolution.

  Set up and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment and conferencing technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and meeting room systems.

  Collaborate with IT teams, escalate complex issues when necessary, and maintain clear communication and follow-up with users.

  
  

What Gets You the Job:

  2 years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or technical support experience, including experience in a high-volume phone support or call center environment.
