About the Position: IRC has an opening for a full-time Program Technician on the Restoration and Enhancement team. The position is primarily field based, coordinating and leading work crews in the implementation of habitat restoration projects. This includes seeding and planting native vegetation, weed maintenance, and field monitoring. The position also involves some office work of data entry, analysis, and reporting on daily work activities. The Program Technician may work independently under general direction and as part of a team.

- Experience in landscape maintenance, habitat restoration, nursery work, or similar
- Experience safely using and maintaining hand tools such as hoes, trowels, shovels, and weed whips
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an outdoor setting at multiple locations
- Helpful, but not required: Spanish proficiency
- Helpful, but not required: Familiarity with the local ecology
