Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment, scheduling, and financial policies
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance claims when needed
• Support administrative and operational tasks as requested
• Maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front office environment

• Experience in a dental or medical office preferred
