Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary welcome point for guests, providing directions and Center information
- Seeks opportunities to exceed the expectations of guests by providing best-in-class customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Handles all guest requests effectively and efficiently based on established policies and procedures
- Maintains an ongoing knowledge of Fashion Island and its stores, restaurants, and events
- Efficiently processes gift card sales and manages reconciliation reporting
- Resolves guest challenges and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes
- Remains compliant with operating procedures, including uniform and grooming standards
- Experience with Google platforms and point-of-sale systems
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 2 - 5 years in the retail or hospitality industry
