Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Landscape & Irrigation Estimator / Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the landscape and irrigation industry and enjoys working directly with clients to bring outdoor projects to life.
In this position, you’ll meet with homeowners, builders, property managers, and contractors to evaluate potential projects, prepare accurate estimates, and help guide clients toward the right solutions for their property. You’ll also play an important role in developing new opportunities, building relationships, and helping the company land new projects.
From the first site visit to the final proposal, you’ll help move projects forward while building strong relationships with customers and partners in the community.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners, builders, property managers, and contractors to evaluate landscaping and irrigation projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess site conditions, and understand project goals.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for irrigation systems, landscape installations, hardscapes, and outdoor improvements.
- Present proposals and walk clients through project scope, materials, pricing, and timelines.
- Actively pursue new project opportunities and help generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners to help secure new projects.
- Work closely with project managers, crews, and suppliers to ensure projects are set up for success.
- Provide technical insight related to irrigation systems, plant selections, and landscape construction methods.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the irrigation and landscape industry.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant and tree selection, hardscapes, and softscape installations.
- Experience preparing estimates, bids, or proposals for landscape or irrigation projects.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients and generate and close project opportunities.
- Comfortable meeting new clients and developing relationships that lead to new work.
- Ability to evaluate job sites, take measurements, and identify potential installation challenges.
- Familiarity with estimating tools or construction estimating software is a plus.
- Ability to read site plans, landscape designs, or construction drawings when available.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple estimates and opportunities at once.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
