```Duties```
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components to specifications
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components using various tools and equipment
- Install and erect structural steel frames, columns, beams, and other components
- Weld or bolt connections to secure structural components
- Inspect and repair existing structures for safety and compliance with codes and standards
- Use power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Set Machinery precisely within tight territory
- Great Knowledge of Machinery rigging
```Requirements```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of construction principles
- Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulations related to ironworking
- Proficiency in working with various materials including ductwork, sheet metal, and steel beams
- Experience with stick welding techniques and ability to operate welding equipment safely
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Skilled in using power tools such as grinders, drills, saws, etc.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers for accurate fabrication
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
