In this role, you will be crucial in managing the flow of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter orders into the ERP system promptly and correctly.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping notifications, and any discrepancies.
- Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processed orders.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report to management as necessary.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to order processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in order processing or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory checks.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of the PPE industry is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software as needed.
