- Enter orders into the ERP system promptly and correctly
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping notifications, and any discrepancies
- Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and processing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processed orders
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report to management as necessary
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to order processing
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in order processing or a similar administrative role
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory checks
- Knowledge of the PPE industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software as needed
