Senior Sales Manager / Sales Leader
Full-Time | In-Person | Mission Viejo, CA
Ironwall by Incogni is seeking a Sales Leader to drive performance across our growing sales organization. You’ll oversee a team of Business Development Representatives, Sales Development Reps, and Account Executives—selling our full-service privacy protection solutions to a range of clients across law enforcement, judiciary, finance, healthcare, tech, and other critical sectors.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives as a player-coach—mentoring and developing a high-performing team while also managing a personal book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 8–10 sales representatives
- Drive and execute sales strategy aligned with company objectives
- Manage your own sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Partner with Marketing to qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads
- Develop and deliver proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and service offerings
- Analyze pipeline health and performance; deliver insights and forecasts
- Build systems of accountability, metrics tracking, and performance management
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure strategic alignment
Who You Are
You’re an experienced, high-energy sales leader with a passion for driving results and developing people. You bring deep experience in B2B sales—particularly in tech, SaaS, or professional services—and know how to manage metrics, lead by example, and create a winning team culture.
Key Qualifications
- 5 years of experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams
- Consistent track record of exceeding team and individual revenue goals
- Comfortable operating as a player-coach, balancing leadership with personal execution
- Proficient in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools
- Deep understanding of pipeline management, KPIs, and sales performance metrics
- Skilled at shortening sales cycles, increasing close rates, and coaching reps to success
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and departments

- Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base uncapped commission (OTE $250K )
