Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Irontown Modular in Spanish Fork, UT. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities will include creating and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Market Research skills
- Excellent Communication and Networking skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Experience in the construction, real estate, or modular building industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
