A medical facility located near Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation to join their team!
The Director of Rehabilitation Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
- Great therapy leadership and administration team!
- The Director of Rehabilitation will lead both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. Oversees PT, OT, SLP, Rehab Aides, and DME services. Ensuring high-quality patient-care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
The Director of Rehabilitation Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must have active Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or SLP License
- Must have at least 5 years of therapy/rehabilitation experience
- Preferable to have previous leadership experience

- strong agricultural roots, especially fruit orchards and cattle ranching, supported by the surrounding Gunnison and Uncompahgre rivers.
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
