- Develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive resident care plans
- Training and scheduling staff
- Hands on director of nursing services role
Director of Nursing Services Requirements:
- Associates degree in Nursing
- 3 years of RN experience
- 2 years of experience in a similar nursing leadership role
