Wound Care Coordinator

A leading rehabilitation hospital in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a Wound Care Coordinator to join its growing clinical team!

Pay: $79,000-$99,000/annually

Wound Care Coordinator Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Wound Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate wound care services in accordance with regulatory standards and physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement wound care treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and hospital staff on wound care best practices
• Monitor wound healing progress and recommend appropriate interventions
• Maintain current knowledge of wound care advancements and evidence-based practices

Wound Care Coordinator Qualifications:

• Current RN, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license as required by facility type
• CPR certification required
• Minimum of one year of wound care experience required
• Ongoing wound care education and professional development required
• Strong communication, decision-making, and independent practice skills
