Hospital located near Galesburg, Illinois is seeking a full-time, permanent Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team!
The Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Day shift, open to 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Great therapy leadership and administration team!
- The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats clients/patients with communication and swallowing disorders through comprehensive assessment of speech, language, and dysphagia. Considers educational, medical, social, and psychological factors when developing individualized treatment plans. Designs, directs, and provides habilitative and rehabilitative therapy to restore or improve communication and swallowing abilities in children and adults with disorders of organic or non-organic origin.
The Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- The Speech-Pathologist must hold a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communicative Disorders.
- The Speech Pathologist must also hold an Illinois license in Speech/Language Pathology or be in the process
