Pay Range: $55-$100/hr (based on experience)
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Schedule: M-F; five 8-hour shifts
- Relocation assistance available!
- Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan.
- Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and health counseling.
Primary Care Practitioner Qualifications:
- Primary Care Practitioner must have 3 or more years working in a primary care setting
- Nurse Practitioner must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in the state of New Hampshire
- Nurse Practitioner will be required to have BLS upon hire
