Pharmacist in Charge Job Details:
- Pharmacist in Charge compounds and/or dispenses prescription medications, provides pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals, monitors drug therapies to avoid interactions with other medications, and provides pharmaceutical expertise on the safe use of medications
- Pharmacist in Charge maintains a safe and clean working environment, ensures up-to-date and accurate documentation, maintains confidentiality of all information, and actively supervises all pharmacy personnel
- Pharmacist in Charge supervises and guides Pharmacy Technicians and other staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
Pharmacist in Charge Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacist License
- Current BLS with AED certification
- 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
