Job Title: Property Manager Dallas

Role Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of assigned multifamily housing properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining high occupancy rates
- Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants
- Managing delinquent payments up to and including evictions
- Complete and submit all necessary reports on time
- Reporting the property’s leasing metrics to owners
- Marketing vacant properties
- Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and screening their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
- Keeping accurate and up-to date records in AppFolio
- Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
- Coordinating agreements for ongoing services such as maintenance, waste disposal, landscaping, security, and overseeing resolution of disputes with these service providers as needed.
- Understanding and enforcing landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years previous experience as Community/Property Manager for a property with 50 or more units.
- High School diploma/GED required
- Driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends or holidays if required.
- Bi-Lingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
