IronMountain Solutions has an opening for a Life Cycle Product Support Analyst supporting the Aviation Turbine Engine Program Office located on Redstone Arsenal, AL. The role involves developing and performing logistics management operations that involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) functions for major complex systems that encompass new and emerging technologies or complicated fielding requirements.
Education and General Experience:
• BS/BA or MA/MS Degree (Preferably in Logistics/Supply Change Management)
• 10 years’ experience with IPS procedures, processes and program management of a major acquisition program and weapon system as it pertains to IPS.
• Requires experience in field and sustainment level maintenance planning; Modification Work Order (MWO) planning and execution, obsolescence mitigation planning; development/update of Life Cycle Logistics Support Plan (LCSP) and associated annexes, review Logistics Management Information (LMI), develop and review Level of Repair Analysis (LORA); review Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Technical Data Package (TDP).
Job Duties:
• Develop and perform logistics management operations, particularly in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) functions for major complex systems, which may include new and emerging technologies or complicated fielding requirements.
• Develop and update the Life Cycle Logistics Support Plan (LCSP) and associated annexes, ensuring comprehensive and coherent logistics support throughout the system's lifecycle.
• Responsible for maintenance planning: manpower and personnel; supply support: support and test equipment; training and training devices; technical data; computer resources support; and packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and facilities) for systems that are in sustainment and/or systems that are in new acquisition program.
• Review Logistics Management Information (LMI), which involves analyzing and utilizing logistics data to support planning and decision-making processes.
Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
• Experience in both field and sustainment level maintenance planning, indicating a comprehensive understanding of the lifecycle support needs of complex systems.
• Proficiency in Modification Work Order (MWO) planning and execution, showcasing the ability to manage system upgrades and modifications.
• Skills in obsolescence mitigation planning, crucial for ensuring the long-term viability and sustainability of complex systems.
• Experience with Test Schedule and Review Committee (TSARC) process is desirable
• Experience with Item Unique Identification (IUID) is desirable
Travel: Position may require up to 25% travel
