IronMountain Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead that can provide program support to the Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture (AMSA) Project Office. Responsible for synchronizing and coordinating processes and procedures required to support daily Project Office Operations. Responsible for coordinating PEO operational requirements and communicating requirements to AMSA Product Offices. Serve as a key partner in development of AMSA policy and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support leadership to oversee all operations of the AMSA Project Office.
• Develop improved office operations functionality to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Responsible for updating, implementing, and enforcing policies or core working practices
• Manage office battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents)
• Work with PEO Aviation Headquarters Staff to synchronize and coordinate all Project Office
• Develop, write and staff briefings to officials/groups in the Project/Product Office
• Manage and report personnel accountability daily
• Manage Internal and External Taskers – PEO / AMSA /and Outside Stakeholders – via ETMS2.
• Work with PEO Headquarters staff and Project Office leadership to support tasking and directives.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports to higher headquarters (Staff Call notes, significant actions reporting, and other daily/weekly reports as required).
• Manage AMSA SIPR Communications. Check SIPR traffic NLT weekly and route actions/information to appropriate personnel while ensuring no spillage of classified information.
• Develop and manage the AMSA digital toolset.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Requires an active Secret Security Clearance
• Comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within Department of the Army.
• Army Acquisition experience.
• Program Management experience and extensive knowledge of contract actions and documents to include but not limited to Statements of Work and Integrated Master Schedules
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively and well with others.
• Skilled in interpersonal and intergovernmental communications.
• Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members.
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
• PhD degree in related discipline (e.g. business administration, operations management, engineering) plus 10 years of experience, or 18 years of related experience.
