We are seeking three highly motivated individuals for the position of Unpaid Marketing Intern working across our Rock n Roll and UTMB brands. These roles will report to our Product Marketing Managers based in either our Tampa, Florida or Louisville, Colorado office.
Hours per week: 10-15
The Opportunity:
The IRONMAN Group is seeking a creative, driven, and highly motivated social media intern to help bring one of the world's leading endurance brands to life across digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, stays on top of emerging trends, and has a genuine enthusiasm for endurance sports and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of the global and event social media channels for the assigned brand (IRONMAN, 70.3, Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series or UTMB North America)
* Work closely with event marketing team to create engaging content and copy for social media
* Source strong images from photography database
* Schedule and post across all channels
* Community management across all pages
* Assist in influencer reach out and relationship management
* Assist in the ideation of reel creation using trending audio

Qualifications & Experience:
* Social media savvy. Skilled in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Experience in Creator Studio or Emplifi a bonus
* Has a constant pulse on the latest social media trends
* Strong attention to detail
* Passion for endurance sports or active lifestyle industry
* Experience with Photoshop a plus
* Some weekend hours required
