Required qualifications: Mammography Supervisor
- Reporting to the Operations Manager of Imaging Services, the supervisor is a Certified and Registered Radiologic Technologist (CRT, ARRT), responsible for supervising daily operations of the Radiology support staff (front office and tech assistants) and imaging modalities, maintaining staffing, workflow, and performance improvement. He/she will participate in interviewing perspective employees, training and orienting new employees and when necessary participate in disciplinary actions. He/she will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating Imaging Services on a daily basis. He/she will be a team leader maximizing the skills within the group to reach a given objective. He/she will delegate responsibilities based on the abilities of staff members, organizational needs and priorities
Qualifications: Mammography Technologist Supervisor
- Must have current Radiologic Technologist license from State of California (CRT) and American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT, RT and M).
Associate of Science Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
Minimum two years of radiologic experience preferred.
