- Responsibilities of the Clinical Manager
- The Clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight to the clinic. Implements comprehensive and consistent set of policies and procedures to all staff. Establish and enhance communication between all departments of the clinic to stabilize effectiveness of operations and optimize the patient experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee staff, workflow, and productivity in day-to-day operations. Ensures that the day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with clinical practice standards and the policies/procedures of the Center. Understands regulatory standards (AAAHC, CMS, and OSHA) and assist in preparation for and compliance with regulatory agency inspections/audits.
- Requirements of the Clinical Manager
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in health administration or related field
- Preferred Graduate from an accredited school in professional nursing (RN or above) Required 3 years of healthcare experience in a managerial role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
