Experience assisting patients with your customer care DNA. We are looking for a front office career starter greeting patients and enhancing their visit with beverages, blankets or spa like enhancements. Also spreading dental joy with our social media and online presence with resources like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram etc. Essential Functions includes, but not limited to:
Professional communications with patients, referring offices, and team members
Social media marketing
Chairside assisting with some general dentistry procedures
Dental lab tracking and fabrication
Patient Experience Liaison
Professional Requirements:
Organized and self-motivated
Maintains professional presence and demeanor and reliable attendance
No dental experience needed
