What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries from homeowners interested in solar
- Educate customers on solar basics
- Qualify leads and identify homeowner needs
- Schedule appointments for solar consultations
- Enter and manage customer data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Acculynx, JobNimbus, or ServiceTitan)
- Follow up with warm leads to keep them engaged
- Provide a professional, friendly, and confident customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of SOLAR customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Comfortable explaining information clearly and simply
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM systems quickly
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Education: Associate’s Degree (Required)
