Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, AL, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing a robust sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with businesses seeking capital, operational consulting, and growth solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The Executive Sales Representative will track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular updates and forecasting to leadership. Qualifications
