Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience operating heavy-duty winch trucks.
- Extensive experience with roll-off trucks and both single and double trailers.
- Strong knowledge of load securement, equipment transport, and trailer operations.
- Ability to safely maneuver and operate equipment in industrial, construction, and customer locations.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe work practices.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally at customer sites.
- Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, tankers, and related equipment to and from customer locations.
- Survey customer properties and determine safe placement of equipment.
- Set up, secure, and position equipment according to customer and company requirements.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Complete all delivery, pickup, inspection, and transportation documentation accurately.
- Secure loads using chains, straps, winches, and other approved securement methods.
- Transport non-hazardous waste loads to and from landfill locations when required.
- Maintain compliance with all DOT, company, and customer safety regulations.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
