Apprentice Plumber – Ironclad Plumbing (North Georgia Region)

Pay: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Part-time (25 hrs/week) → Full-time opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional later days depending on schedule). Overtime opportunities available.
Location: Based in Jasper, GA – serving Blue Ridge, Jasper, Ellijay, Ball Ground, Canton, and other North GA areas. Ideal candidates live within 30 minutes of the Jasper–Canton corridor or are open to relocating.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

Field Support & Learning

• Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems across residential service, new construction, and commercial jobs
• Learn tools, materials, and jobsite setup in both existing homes and active construction sites
• Support water heater installs, fixture replacements, leak repairs, drain work, and rough-in/trim phases of new builds

Jobsite Execution

• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Handle material prep, tool setup, and breakdown
• Follow safety standards and PPE requirements

Daily Operations

• Meet lead technician at designated location and travel to job sites together
• Support efficient job completion and customer experience
• Learn how jobs are documented, quoted, and completed

What You Bring

Non-Negotiables

• Takes ownership of results and pride in delivering quality work every time
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Reliable and on time
• Able to consistently show up and work hard
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Committed to safety, craftsmanship, and professional standards
• Lives within reasonable distance of Jasper / Canton corridor

Preferred (Not Required)

• Plumbing, construction, or trade experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with basic tools
