About The Job

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on driving growth, development, and best business practices in the assigned region. This role requires leading sales teams and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure exceptional customer service for the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increasing average utilization and revenue
  • Leading, not just managing, cultivating and developing the sales team by helping them understand and implement best practices and strategies to differentiate in our markets
  • Collaborate with operations, corporate teams and other regions to strengthen and leverage the operational and sales structures to support customer service
  • Develop a comprehensive pipeline for major accounts in the region and work with the National Account Managers, Strategic Accounts Managers, and Operations to broaden our market share in the region

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • BA or BS preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, and/or environmental sectors.
  • 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Equipment rental experience is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite .
  • 60% travel within the region.
