IronBridge Industrial is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to help grow and scale a precision manufacturing business in the Erie, PA region.
Opportunity: This role is intended for someone who wants more than a traditional operations position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to operations, customer relationships, quoting, continuous improvement, talent development, and long-term business growth.
Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capability. Performance-based incentive opportunities may also be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
- Develop and mentor shop-floor personnel
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
- Support quoting, customer relationships, and business growth
- Help build the foundation for a larger, scalable manufacturing business
Preferred Experience
- 10 years in manufacturing, machining, tooling, or related industries
- Experience leading production or manufacturing teams
- Knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing operations
- Experience with quoting, project management, customer relationships, or P&L responsibility
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
