Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented independent contractors to provide professional residential cleaning services. As a 1099 house cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning private homes according to clients custom SOW (Statement of Work). This is a contract position, meaning you control your schedule, supplies, and work methods while delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Perform standard and deep cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash.
- Communicate effectively with clients and/or scheduling coordinators.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every job.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Supply your own cleaning tools and materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Requirements:
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cleaning assignments.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to receive 1099 income.
- Must pass a background check (if required by the client or agency).
Work Conditions:
