Job Description
- We're seeking a seasoned Systems Architect V to join our team, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business operations, and technical integrations to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.
- As a key player in our organization, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to optimize our supply chain performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and implement integrations using various technologies such as APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and other data formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful integration implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Develop and maintain documentation of integration designs, configurations, and testing results
- Provide training and support to end-users on integration functionality and usage
- 10 years of experience in business integrations, data analysis, or
- 10 related field
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems, including ERP, CRM, and supply chain management
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and other data formats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft
- Fluent in Italian Certification in business integrations, data analysis, or related field
