Key Responsibilities
- Remote server administration using RDP and out-of-band tools (IPMI / iDRAC / iLO).
- Nutanix infrastructure operations, including Prism, VM, cluster, and node management.
- Windows Server administration and service troubleshooting.
- Active Directory user, group, and access management using RSAT tools.
- File server administration and NTFS/share permission management.
- SQL Server operational support, including service monitoring via SSMS.
- Virtualization awareness with primary focus on Nutanix and support‑level knowledge of VMware ESXi/vCenter.
- IT Service Management using ServiceNow, including ticket handling and queue management.
- Basic networking troubleshooting (ping, tracert, firewall, and connectivity checks).
- Server documentation, asset tracking, and coordination with hardware vendors.
