- Mobile Game Developer with past experience building successful mobile games. Game Developer would be focused on:
- New game development — Build new daily games from concept to playable prototype, following team design guidelines and technical standards.
- Rapid prototyping — Quickly iterate on social daily play game concepts to validate engagement hypotheses before FTE investment in integration.
- Game polish & production — Take validated prototypes through to production-ready quality, preparing them for entrypoint integration and launch.
- Social mechanics — Implement social features (challenges, leaderboards, sharing) that drive viral engagement and daily return behavior.
- Software Engineer with a casual and mobile gaming background and hands-on experience building games
- Experience with game development frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Familiarity with social/casual game design patterns — daily loops, progression systems, social mechanics
