Key Responsibilities
- Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) equipment and software
- Perform updates, upgrades, and fixes for equipment and software
- Provide deskside support for video conference units and other devices
- Ensure security, encryption, and anti-virus software are properly installed and functioning
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to fulfill end-user requests
- Track service requests from initiation to completion
- Provide a single point of contact for end users and the service desk
- Document processes and obtain customer/service desk approval
- Deliver high-quality IMAC services to end users
- Minimize business impact on users through effective coordination and planning
- Ensure all equipment and software are properly installed, configured, and tested
- Technical expertise in IMAC services
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties
