- Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Citrix Administration, PVS, MCS, Azure Cloud
- Administer and maintain our Citrix cloud environment, ensuring its smooth operation.
- Provide technical expertise in Citrix cloud technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service, Citrix Gateway Service, and Citrix Cloud Connector.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix virtualization infrastructure.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix cloud solutions on the Azure platform.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Citrix cloud and Azure solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and related components.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Citrix applications.
- Manage Citrix policies, user profiles, and application delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Citrix infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
- Manage Citrix PVS and MCS technologies, including image creation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix environments with other systems.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for Citrix environments.
- Stay up-to-date with Citrix releases and patches and apply them as necessary.
- Develop and implement best practices for Citrix environments and applications.
