Our team works across a variety of exciting locations and events, including:
- Our popular food cart at Midtown Beer Garden in downtown Portland
- Our Bethany Village brick-and-mortar location in the West Hills
- Moda Center concessions, serving thousands of fans during games and concerts
- Our mobile food truck at private events, corporate catering, concerts, fairs, and festivals

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems
- Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, griddles and food prep tools to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally while serving food and beverages with a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and handle diverse guest needs
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
- Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus but not required
