POSITION: ARMED SECURITY AGENT

Shift Options: Overnight Shifts (6pm-6am)

Start Date: Immediate

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

✅ Requirements:

• Must provide your own full-sized firearm
• Driver’s License required
• Must be 21 for armed roles
• Clean background & driving record
• Must be physically present and ready to work onsite
• Military or law enforcement background? We want you.

PAY & PERKS

• $22.00 – $24.00/hr. (based on experience & credentials)

YOUR ROLE

As a Security Agent with Iron Spear Protection Group, you’ll be on the front line of safety and professionalism. Your core mission:

• Maintain a strong, visible presence
• Monitor premises & control access
• Respond to emergencies and alarms
• Patrol for security breaches
• Escort employees or guests when needed
• Work closely with a professional, tight-knit team
• Log incidents and uphold our elite standards
