COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hr. (Based on experience and credentials)

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a highly trained ISPG Security Agent, you will be the front line of safety and professionalism. Your core mission is to uphold our elite standard by:
Establishing and maintaining a strong, professional, and visible presence.
Controlling access and monitoring premises for safety and security.
Patrolling assigned areas to proactively deter security breaches.
Responding swiftly and professionally to all emergencies and alarms.
Providing escorts for employees or guests as required.
Thoroughly logging all incidents and collaborating closely with your tight-knit, professional team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Possess a valid City of Denver Armed or Unarmed Guard Card.
Must own and provide a full-sized firearm.
Valid Driver’s License and 21 years of age.
Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.
Mandatory onsite physical presence for all shifts.
Availability for Swing and Overnight Shifts, including Weekends.
HIGHLY DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Military or law enforcement background is heavily favored.
Certifications in First Aid/CPR/Self-Defense.
