A fast-growing Arizona roofing company is expanding its sales team and seeking ambitious, competitive, and motivated individuals who want the opportunity to build a serious six-figure sales career.

This is a door-to-door outside sales position where your income is directly tied to your performance — with no cap on commissions. No previous roofing or sales experience is required. The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support to give motivated individuals the tools to succeed.

The Role

As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you'll spend your time in the field connecting directly with homeowners throughout Arizona, identifying roofing needs, educating potential customers on available solutions, and turning conversations into new business.

This is a high-activity, face-to-face sales role. You'll prospect door-to-door, build relationships with homeowners, manage your own pipeline, follow up with potential customers, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Your first month will focus heavily on training, learning the roofing business, developing your sales approach, and building confidence in the field. You'll receive $750 per week during your first month of training, approximately $3,000 for the month, before moving into the commission-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face homeowner outreach.
• Build relationships with homeowners and identify potential roofing needs and opportunities.
• Educate prospective customers on roofing solutions and guide them through the sales process.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
• Travel throughout assigned Arizona territories to develop new business.
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals and leadership to continuously improve sales skills and performance.
• Represent the organization professionally while providing a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

No previous roofing or sales experience is required.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, automotive sales, real estate, or other people-facing environments is beneficial, but not required.

Compensation

First Month – Paid Training: $750 per week during the first four weeks of training — approximately $3,000 total.

Following Training: Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Based on current company-provided production figures:

Lowest Producer: Approximately $175,000 annually
Top Producer: Approximately $630,000 annually

Your earnings are directly connected to your individual sales performance, with no commission ceiling.

Additional performance incentives may include President's Club trips, local events, exclusive experiences, and other performance-based rewards.

Location

Arizona - Outside Sales / Field-Based

This is not an office-based position. Representatives work in the field and must be comfortable traveling throughout Arizona based on assigned territories and sales opportunities.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly are required.
