Iron Point Retirement Solutions is a rapidly growing life insurance brokerage expanding into Des Moines. We have a BRAND NEW Beautiful office — and we’re hiring a small group of hungry, coachable people to join us as we scale.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients (virtually)
- Learn a proven sales system and script
- Help families secure life insurance coverage
- Build communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Work with a team of ambitious young professionals
No experience required. We train everything.
What We’re Looking For
We only care about a few things:
- Humble
- Coachable
- Willing to work 8 hours/day
- Local
- Wants to earn more than a normal 9-5
- Comfortable talking to people
That’s it.
Compensation
Average starting reps earn:
$7,000 – $15,000 per month
This is performance-based income with uncapped growth.
Our top performers earn significantly more.
