Position Overview
We’re hiring Roofing & Solar Appointment Setters to start conversations with homeowners and book consultations for our roofing and solar pros.
This is a field-based, door-to-door role, perfect for anyone who likes talking to people, enjoys being outdoors, and wants to control their income.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass targeted neighborhoods across the Phoenix metro
- Start friendly conversations with homeowners
- Create interest in roofing or solar upgrades
- Explain basic benefits and cost-saving opportunities
- Book qualified appointments using our scheduling app
- Attend weekly trainings to level up your communication
- Stay consistent with your canvassing windows (we help plan them)
