What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Truck Driver position at Iron Ox Field Service?
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive water truck.
- Transport water to and from specified locations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure a safe driving experience.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Securely load and unload water using appropriate methods and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Position subject to random drug and alcohol screening.
Skills:
- Valid driver's license
- Must provide a clean MVR
- Must have tanker endorsement
- Previous experience is required
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and automotive repair is a plus.
- Ability to navigate routes efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
