Iron Oak Energy is seeking a Track Mobile Plant Operator who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at its Wyeville, WI Plant location. With limited supervision, the Track Mobile Operator is responsible for the operation of the track mobile equipment for railcar movement while assisting in the dry plant when rail operations are not active to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Operator will be cross trained in all aspects, tasks and sub-tasks of rail load-out and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate track mobile equipment to move railcars as needed
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
- Coordinate railcar movements with plant and loadout teams
- Assist with dry plant operations when track mobile work is not required
- Monitor plant systems and material flow to ensure efficient production
- Perform basic maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping duties
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous equipment operation experience preferred (track mobile, skid steer, loader, etc.)
- Experience in aggregate, mining, or industrial environments is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple areas
- Dependable with good attendance
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical labor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (48 hours per week)
- Day shift schedule
- Rotating schedule with every other weekend required
- Overtime as needed based on production demands
