Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Production Supervisor to join our Imaging Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of imaging projects, ensuring department standards are met through diligent project monitoring, reconciliation, and the coaching of your direct reports.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor imaging personnel to drive daily production goals, providing clear direction, cross-training, and accountable performance standards.
- Manage end-to-step project lifecycles , including scoping incoming work, creating detailed job instructions, and performing extensive reconciliation to ensure the quality of customer orders.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues by modifying work procedures and analyzing production reporting to meet evolving demands and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in imaging processes or production leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows and Macintosh operating systems, including basic billing knowledge and the ability to perform data analysis.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management , effectively communicating with internal teams and external customers to meet rigorous production timelines.
- Physical readiness to support operations onsite, including the ability to move pallets, boxes, or carts and stand for extended periods.
- Location: 100% Onsite. (Non - Remote\_
