Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outsourced Operational Project Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operational project delivery, optimizing warehouse space and workflows, and strictly enforcing secure material handling and chain-of-custody protocols across logistics and records management environments.

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outsourced Operational Project Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operational project delivery, optimizing warehouse space and workflows, and strictly enforcing secure material handling and chain-of-custody protocols across logistics and records management environments.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to create comprehensive project plans while managing resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation from kickoff to completion.
- Tracking, Reporting & Validation: Establish and monitor clear performance metrics, deliver transparent status updates to stakeholders, and perform data validation to ensure inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
- Ensure Compliance & Secure Asset Handling: Oversee high-security data destruction and facility consolidations while ensuring all project activities strictly adhere to corporate security mandates, local safety regulations, and privacy laws.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of proven project management experience within a matrixed operations, logistics, warehouse, or records management environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise project management tools, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and solid financial acumen regarding project health and profit margins.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
- Salary Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000
- Annual bonus : 5% per year
- Location: Remote (USA)
