Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics, managing a dedicated team, and upholding stringent safety and quality standards at our Addison facility.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing consistent training and constructive feedback to ensure all productivity and operational excellence targets are met.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage the efficient handling of shipments, inventory control, and resource allocation to support evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards , quality control protocols, and cost-efficiency measures to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with a preferred background in 3PL.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a proven ability to monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong leadership and customer relationship skills
- Local Residency: Ability to work on-site daily at our facility, as this role is not eligible for remote work.
- Competitive salary depending on the experience : starting 80k
