Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry/Clerical Support Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and managing customer inventory data within the Safekeeper system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality control across all digital and physical record processes.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end data input process by accurately keying label, location, and contract information while resolving exceptions and closing work orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customers, account managers, and internal project teams to research and resolve data discrepancies and provide receipt acknowledgments or requested reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards by performing scanning, auditing, and document preparation to guarantee high-quality electronic images and secure product delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume data entry or records management with clerical and customer support experience
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance plus customer credentials as needed
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic quality control auditing functions.
- Proven ability in problem-solving and task prioritization , specifically in managing multiple data streams like destruction, permanent removals, and internal moves.
- High School Diploma or equivalent ; relevant technical certifications are welcomed.
- Salary details: 17.50 PER HOUR SCA wage based on employment package
- Shifts: 8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday
