A PL Production Assistant is part of our Personal Lines Production Team. They perform a wide range of duties to support the team and to contribute to the growth of our agency by providing professional service for our clients. The ideal PL Production Assistant will enjoy interacting with our clients through email, phone conversations and welcoming customers in our office. They will provide administrative support to the entire personal lines team and develop lasting relationships both with clients and other team members.

As PL Production Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our office. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distribution of correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as Production Assistant, you should have a pleasant personality and ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Posting daily deposits for checks.
- Mail distribution and drop off including: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.
- Order office supplies and kitchen supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Manage office opening and closing procedures.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures.
- Maintain company and employee confidentiality.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Process Personal Lines policy changes; mortgagee, loss payee, auto changes, etc. and issue certs, ID cards and EPI's as requested by Personal Lines team.
- Prepare Stewardship folders, postcards, other miscellaneous mail and administrative tasks
- Quote processing on carrier sites
- Review pre-month end reports for confirmation of accurate and timely renewal of all policies
- Function efficiently in all systems and adhere to consistent execution of all production processes
- Review and resolved discrepancy memos
- Other tasks as assigned by CSA team members.
